How to book Apartments for Exit festival
Please have a look at our offering of apartments on the page entitled Apartments for rent. If you find one that suits your needs, feel free to send us an inquiry by filling out the form given below the description of the range of accommodations we offer. On receipt of your inquiry, we shall contact the owner of the apartment to see if it is still available to let. If it is, we shall send you detailed instructions on how to send the deposit in order to make the booking. You can choose to transfer the money through Western Union, Moneybookers or direct bank transfer. PayPal is not available in Serbia for the time beeing.
After we receive your deposit, we shall make the booking for you and sign the contract with the owner of the apartment. A scanned copy of the contract will be sent to your email as soon as it has been signed. The contract will contain all the information you need - the address, the time of your stay, the name of the owner, his/her telephone number, etc. We would like to let you know that for your safety we keep a copy of the owner's personal identity card in our archive. Please do not forget to bring the contract with you to Novi Sad because you will need to present it to the owner upon arrival at the apartment. And last - the balance is to be paid to the owner immediately when you arrive at the apartment. In case you give up the idea of coming to the festival, the apartment owner will keep the deposit as compensation for having held it available for you. We would hope the accommodation we provide for you will contribute to your pleasant stay in our city and your enjoyment of the EXIT FESTIVAL. We wish you a pleasant journey to Novi Sad.
